Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote from Bali

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring our clients and partners receive timely and accurate payments. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from the stunning locations of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, from invoicing and collections to dispute resolution. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth financial transactions, and you'll leverage tools like QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Slack to streamline our processes. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and supporting our company's expansion in the health and wellness industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.
• Generate and send invoices to clients and partners using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improving our collections process.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting and financial regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Provide regular reports on the status of our accounts receivable to the finance team and management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve our financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong background in financial transactions and collections.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Salesforce, and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
