📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Train and support staff on the use of IT systems and software.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.,Document IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT helpdesk software and tools.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of IT security best practices.
