Duta Budi Fruit is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Solo, Central Java. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.,Provide support to the management team in making informed decisions regarding human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR software.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
