MERIDIAN Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.,Maintain and update inventory records accurately.,Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.,Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies.,Handle and resolve logistics-related issues and queries.,Work closely with the logistics team to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and practices.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
