📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Training and supervising junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitoring cash levels and reporting any discrepancies.,Assisting in inventory management and stock control.,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or service-oriented environment is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
