Local Moon Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.,Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continued development of the team.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with operational goals.,Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate repairs as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
