In this role, you will be working closely with our sales team to identify customer needs, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to closing deals. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers. As a Motorcycle Sales Representative, you will be using our sales management software, Salesforce, to track and manage your sales pipeline.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Identify customer needs and build strong relationships with our customers
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers
• Use Salesforce to track and manage your sales pipeline
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales team and management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid motorcycle driver's license
