📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the required merchandise.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Perform routine store maintenance and upkeep.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work remote hours and be available for occasional in-store visits.
