🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
