📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Manage and track client accounts, including sales, performance, and service delivery.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify and address client needs and preferences.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
