📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop the branch team, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance performance.,Monitor branch financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to improve team performance.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed within the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
