📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently.,Manage the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.,Organize and participate in staff meetings to discuss performance and improvements.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
