📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to support operations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to improve service quality.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
