📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and partners.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales contracts and agreements.,Provide sales training and support to retail sales teams.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Assist in the development and execution of sales promotions and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and retail sales processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools.,Ability to travel as required by the business.
