📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Managing cash flow and ensuring timely payment of invoices and expenses.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting.
  • Providing financial advice and recommendations to the management team.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of payroll processing and employee benefits.
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure they are within budget.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with camping equipment industry is a plus.
