📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and engagement,Conduct regular employee surveys and provide feedback to management,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment,Oversee payroll and benefits administration,Coordinate with management to ensure effective communication and alignment of HR practices with business goals,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and performance management,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
