Hokian Fajar Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all human resources activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department. This is a full-time position located in Purwakarta, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 16.000.000 – Rp 21.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee training and development programs.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is a plus.
