PT Bersama Bumi Corporindo is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Padang, Sumatera Barat. The HSE Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as the overall compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs in accordance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.,Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update safety and environmental documentation, including incident reports and training records.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure the integration of safety and environmental considerations into all aspects of operations.,Promote a safety and environmental culture throughout the organization.,Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the health, safety, and environmental field.,Certification in health, safety, and environmental management (e.g., OH&S, IOSH, NEBOSH) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
