📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
