Rejeki Dewi Health Center is seeking a talented and passionate Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and virtually.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
