📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
- Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
- Proven experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
