As a Japanese Translator in our Production Support team, you will be responsible for translating technical documents, emails, and meeting minutes between Indonesian and Japanese. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining clear and accurate communication, which is essential for the smooth operation of our production processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, emails, and meeting minutes between Indonesian and Japanese with high accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between the Production Department and Japanese suppliers, ensuring all instructions and requirements are clearly understood.
• Review and proofread translations to maintain consistency and quality.
• Assist in the preparation of Japanese-language reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and translation trends to provide the most relevant and accurate translations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient translation services.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your translation skills and knowledge of industry-specific terminology.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the production environment, ensuring that translations are provided promptly and accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Translation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese-English translation, with a focus on technical or industrial documents.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Japanese translation (e.g., JATC, JLPT) is a plus.
