📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our hotel's systems and processes,Work closely with engineering and IT teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Develop and implement a technical writing style guide for our organization,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create technical content for our website and other materials,Stay up-to-date with the latest technical writing trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, or a related field,5+ years of experience as a technical writer in the hospitality industry,Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) and property management software,Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
