📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR data.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.,Support the HR team in organizing company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
