📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits.

Prepare and analyze procurement reports.

Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
