Anugerah Mandiri Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the cost of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.,Analyze and interpret cost data to identify areas of cost savings and efficiencies.,Prepare and submit cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost information.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Provide guidance and support to project teams on cost-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and control techniques.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
