📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Schedule appointments and meetings.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,A polite and professional demeanor.
