Hokian Kirana Kebab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Promote and maintain a positive work environment,Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
