📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
