📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct store audits and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Train and mentor sales associates to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to maximize sales.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with retail sales software and POS systems is a plus.
