🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in advancement communications, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing communications strategies.,Strong understanding of communications principles, including media relations, public speaking, and writing.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using communications tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms.,Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work well in a hybrid/remote setup, demonstrating self-discipline and time management skills.,Understanding of the higher education sector and familiarity with NTU's mission and values is a plus.
