We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Estimator with expertise in Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work from Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and a deep understanding of FRP materials and their applications in construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects, with a focus on FRP materials and structures.,Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost estimates align with project goals and budgets.,Monitor project progress and adjust cost estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope, materials, or other factors.,Prepare and present cost reports, including cost breakdowns, comparisons, and recommendations to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to FRP materials and civil engineering.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators and other team members as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil estimating, with a focus on FRP materials and structures.,Strong understanding of FRP materials, their properties, and applications in construction projects.,Proficiency in using estimating software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
