📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth transition.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
