Develop and implement strategic communications plans that align with the company's objectives and enhance brand reputation.,Lead and manage the corporate communications team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of communications initiatives.,Oversee the development and maintenance of our social media presence, including content creation, engagement strategies, and performance analysis.,Craft compelling and consistent messaging across all communications channels, including internal and external stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze communications performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications and social media.,Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communications strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications, or social media management.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
