📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Report to senior management on store performance and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and Tetum.
