Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit technical content to ensure quality and consistency,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare or Confluence is a plus,Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
