📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions,Assist in the development of training materials and resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve training programs,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
