PT Wira Indah is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Lamongan, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and train a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory and order fulfillment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements for efficiency.,Handle inventory discrepancies and work with suppliers to resolve issues.,Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse industry.,Experience in coordinating with suppliers and customers is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
