📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products through bank channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with bank representatives to understand customer profiles and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Manage and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products and services.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market expansion.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Report on sales performance and marketing activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong understanding of bancassurance models and the insurance value chain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Certification in insurance or financial services is a plus.
