📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs needed.
• Use body filler, sanders, and polishers to repair and refine damaged vehicle bodies.
• Apply paint and clear coat to restore the vehicle's original finish.
• Collaborate with the mechanics team to ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
• Perform quality checks on completed repairs to ensure they meet our stringent standards.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies.
• Assist in training new team members to ensure the continuity of our high-quality service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive body repair.
• Proven expertise in using body filler, sanders, polishers, and painting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with mechanics.
• Knowledge of automotive repair software and tools.
