📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular audits and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and ensure the highest standards of integrity and security.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal audit and surveillance.
- Collaborate with the audit team to develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of internal audit budgets and resource allocation.
- Provide training and support to junior audit staff as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit, financial audit, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with luxury retail industry and its unique challenges.
