Maintenance Foreman (Contract)

Every day, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that maintenance work is carried out during scheduled downtimes, minimizing disruption to our operations. Your ability to manage a team of skilled technicians and engineers will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that we uphold.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify trends to predict potential failures and prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtimes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment history.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and engineers.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and improve overall operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Certification in industrial maintenance, such as Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the industrial sector.
