📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist the head chef in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Work efficiently in a team environment, following food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Participate in daily kitchen meetings to discuss menu planning and special requests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-end kitchen.
• Proven experience in luxury catering or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
