🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the housing or construction sector.
• Proven experience in managing and executing sustainable housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project and Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
