📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of new products and technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Conduct extensive research and testing to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new products and technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop prototypes and test them for functionality and usability.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to our product development efforts.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and R&D.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with 3D printing and prototyping technologies.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software, such as Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
