📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables and proteins.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stored properly.
• Support the head chef by following recipes and ensuring consistent food quality.
• Help with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and maintaining food safety standards.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning tables, as well as preparing and serving food to customers.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting high standards of food safety and presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools, such as knives, grills, and fryers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
