• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Kumaw Eyelash products
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and digital ads
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage and monitor social media accounts to engage with customers and build brand loyalty

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing communication or a related field
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva
