📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and screening to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development support to employees.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and support business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices.
• Proven experience using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
